Analysis and investment procedure – how does it work?
- A transparent communication of all elements of your business concept are a prerequisite. To protect you, we commit ourselves to absolute confidentiality before we start in depth discussions with you.
- After examining your business plan and maybe further information about your concept and having foud that your concept matches the current investment citeria of the financial community, we like to meet with you in person and learn more about your background, your personal motivation and aspiration..
- During our conversations many questions will arise, which need to be addressed completely.
- Eventually, you and ourselves need to agree on financial terms that are believed to attract new funds in the desired volume. We will propose a scheme and discuss it with you in detail. If all works well an investor memorandum is prepared and presented to the group of investors that we beforehand have agreed upon.
- This is not the end - we will not leave you alone at this stage. In contrast we are happy to help you in any respect of growing your company to success.
